From here, actual process will start. Business user who has been selected for recording the actual process must have received an invitation email with a link. Multiple user will try to capture each scenario that may come while processing.
Let's see how they can record the process:

Click on the link that you have received in email invitation. It may redirect you to Control Room login page first.
Select Recordings under DISCOVERY BOT option and click on the Start Recording Button besides your process Name (e.g. Invoice Processing). Recording will be start. Now do activity that has been performed under the process. All Actions such as mouse clicks or keystrokes will be recorded.
Once you are done with the activity performed under the process. Click on the Stop Button. Recording will be stored for the review.
Click on Recordings Under Process Name(Invoice Processing) Box
On the below screen, you can add comments or delete recorded activities. Select the required Activity and update the comments.
After reviewing and updating comments, Click on the submit button.
These all recording from the business user will go to the analyst who will analyze them.
